You will be paid by the purchases referred to us.  We pay 3% of the purchase amount, as affiliate commission.

No. You will be eligible for payments from each referrals first purchase.

At The Baby Burp,  we agree that all babies are miracles! Some babies have a special story that show how precious life is. Meet Stephanie, Founder of Tink & Key, home of the original "Miracle Baby" Tee.  Here is her story and how this popular T-Shirt came about.

I have my own Miracle Baby story. My second child, Trent, had open heart surgery at 6 weeks of age. He was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot at 5 weeks of age. This should have been diagnosed at birth but it was missed, and if the Pediatrician did not notice his purplish tint to him at the 5 week check up, he would have ended up passing away in his sleep due to insufficient oxygen. The Miracle is that it was caught and that my baby boy was saved. He is doing great now and will have periodic surgeries over his lifetime, but by the Grace of God he is here with us today.

What makes our tees unique is that they all tell a story or share an encouragement with others. They are hand screen printed on American Apparel tees by my cousin who has the shop.

I have been married to my husband for 7 years, we have three boys together and I have two daughters from my husband. Its a busy home but we have a lot of fun.

 Every baby is a miracle and a gift from God. When you think of the developmental process in utero, the struggles that some parents go through just to conceive a child, and how they grow and develop, its nothing but a Miracle.

What inspired you to make this product:

 My daughters inspired this design! They are sweet little girls and I feel like these headbands fit their personality.

What makes your product unique:

There are so many little girl' headbands out there making it hard to stand out in the crowd.  I'm always looking for something different and fun for our customers to wear...constantly researching trends, patterns, colors, etc.  I love our floral fabric headbands and think they are truly something fun!

Tell us about you and your family:

 I'm married to my husband Chris and we have two little girls...Emma (2 yrs) and Lily (4 months).  They are so supportive when it comes to my business and they are my motivation during the tough times when I'm ready to give up : ).

The Kool Seat is another mommy invented product featured on The Baby Burp! Living in the hot south- I can truly relate to this product and think it is genius! Here is what Christy, owner and inventor of the Kool Seat had to say about her product in her own words: 

The Kool Seat was created out of my “mama bear instinct” to protect my baby from the hot car seat in the Vegas heat.  It was a hot June day. My son, Steven, had recently graduated from the infant car seat to the convertible car seat that stays in the car.  I worried that he would get burned with the hot buckles and also scared that he would get over heated.  They say that necessity is the mother of invention, and that is very true in this case.  I worked with my grandmother to create a prototype.  It made such a difference on our outings that several prototypes and a few tweaks later, the Kool Seat quickly became part of my essentials when leaving the house.  Steven became the coolest kid in town…literally.

5 Ways To Stay Safe At The Beach With Your Baby

                                                    

It's summertime and that means many will be spending some time at the beach during this hot season. Here are some safety tips for the beach if your bringing the babies!

1. Keep Hydrated- Bring lots of water and replenish plenty. Drinking water is a must and try to avoid drinks that dehydrate.

2. Lather the Sunscreen- With the littles you want to make sure you have a high SPF. I always use a 30+ on the babies. Spray sunscreens seem to work best for us and then we use a sunscreen stick with a SPF 50 for the face.

3. Bring and Umbrella or Tent- stay in the shade when possible!

4. Safety in Water- always bring a life jacket or puddlejumper for the water. My son won't go in the water without his. 

5. Make sure you are with them always!- That should be a given, but I see many parents sitting on the beach while their littles play in the water. It only takes a split second for a big wave to pound them and knock them off their feet in the shallow waters. Stay near!

I know most of these are common sense but you can never ever be too safe for the beach! Tell us if you plan on taking your littles to the beach and where!
