Oz Distributors carry Lifenest because it's the only product out there that is a medical device registered with the FDA as a breathable mattress that is used to prevent Flat Head. The Lifenest is breathable as in the center of the mattress is a hammock like mesh that cradles the infants head just like you would in your hands. In the event that the infant should turn itself onto its stomach in the mesh/hammock portion it's breathable and has vents one to the right and one to the left which keeps the baby from overheating and it provides renewable air. The Greenguard certification is very important as well as the PTPA approval and the Lifenest is registered as a medical device with the FDA and Health Canada. It was invented by a doctor. The way to treat Flat Head is either physical therapy (then they go back on the Flat Mattress), or a Helmet which is worn up to 24 hours a day for many months.  The Helmet causes skin breakdown, they overheat during the summer, and are very cold during the winter. The stares that people and other kids give them while wearing the helmet is not pleasant all around. The Helmet could cost upwards of $3000.00 and is not always covered by insurance.
